He began his career at the age of 16 as a care worker in a dementia care service, demonstrating early dedication to the healthcare sector. Over the years, he has achieved notable recognition as a Fellow with both the Society of Education and Training and the Institute of Leadership. His expertise has also been recognized through his role as a registered CQC Manager. Since 2019, Steven has leveraged his extensive experience to serve as a consultant, helping multiple teams develop and enhance their performance strategies.
